ABOUT ILDP

The ILDP is a learning and development initiative designed to equip Christian leaders with the tools and experience necessary for effective ministry in a rapidly changing environment.
This initiative aims to impact leaders internally, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually. We achieve this through seminars, workshops, and mentoring, aiming for visible transformations in ministry approaches, as well as in the character and lifestyle of individuals.

Dr. Ade Adesina

The visionary behind this initiative, has over twenty-five years of experience leading a ministry and providing training for Christian leaders across various nations. His Doctorate Degree in Ministry equips him with the knowledge necessary to lead such an initiative.
